DreamCue stores the data you need to use the service: your email address, the watches you pair, and the sleep data your watch reports — sleep stages, heart rate, and when reality-check cues fired. We also store your Garmin Connect connection status when you choose to sync with Garmin.
Your data is used solely to operate DreamCue: to show you your sleep timeline, to keep your watch and cue preferences in sync, and to surface the insights the app provides. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Data is stored with Supabase (EU-hosted infrastructure) and processed by Garmin when you connect Garmin Connect. We keep your sleep data for as long as your account is active, so you can review your history.
You can access and delete your data at any time. Account deletion is available from the Account settings page and removes your personal data. To correct or export your data, contact us — we'll process your request under the GDPR.
